Requirements
  • 5+ years in operations, customer success, or a related field, with prior experience in the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team, with a focus on driving operational improvements and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data management tools, and vetting/verification software. Experience with Python-based tools or similar is a plus.
  • Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive process improvements and report on vetting performance.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, adapting messages to fit the audience.
  • Highly organized, with an emphasis on quality control and accuracy in verifying applicant credentials and project qualifications.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of vetting specialists to process applications with accuracy and efficiency, meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Design and implement guidelines for credential verification, aligning with our brand’s high standards and platform goals.
  • Drive a project-specific vetting system to better assess applicants based on industry impact, adding value for both our members and brand partners.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, integrating automation tools and working with technology teams to optimize the vetting platform.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, supporting the development and skills enhancement of team members.
  • Oversee the use and continuous improvement of proprietary vetting tools, ensuring efficient data collection, consolidation, and cross-referencing for accurate decision-making.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to align on standards, onboarding improvements, and platform policies.
  • Monitor key metrics and analyze data, generating insights and reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Uphold data protection and privacy regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks associated with credential verification.
