  • 10+ years within Fintech or Proptech with experience leading a payments organization
  • Experience owning and leading $100M+ P&L with double-digit year-over-year growth preferred
  • Experience leading SAAS product lines that provide mission-critical data, analytics, and workflow solutions in the prop tech space
  • Direct experience leading strategy, product management, sales, and client success (account management)
  • Experience leading and inspiring large high-performing teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group communication skills
  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts
  • Demonstrated success of establishing, managing, and maintaining effective working relationships at the senior executive level
  • Experience with project development methodology (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Extreme)
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust commercial payments strategy that integrates product innovation, market analysis, and customer engagement
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and agility, enabling teams to adapt quickly to market changes and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings are of the highest quality and efficiency
  • Drive revenue growth through new market opportunities and optimization of the product portfolio
  • Guarantee client success through strategic leadership and oversight of client engagement and retention strategies
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring products meet market needs and surpass customer expectations
  • Promote a high-performance culture, setting clear objectives and expectations, and providing consistent feedback and development opportunities for team members
  • Define and execute a strategic product roadmap driving innovation, adoption, and growth
  • Responsible for achieving double-digit year-over-year revenue growth by driving product innovation and developing and managing client relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Provide strong and inspirational leadership, creating an energizing culture and environment for team members to contribute to the team’s results and develop themselves
  • Define strategy and create plans supported by tactical execution that enhance revenue opportunities and deepen the relationship within the assigned portfolio of clients
  • Proactively research and maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to fully identify client needs
  • Lead the sales, product marketing, client success, product management, and solution engineering teams to achieve and exceed business targets
