  • 4+ years of related experience focused on compensation, operations, or financial analysis; with at least 1-2 years managing the end-to-end sales compensation process
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company is strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with sales, commission and incentive plan development is required
  • Experience with our Incentive Compensation Management Tool (ICM), Xactly required
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration of high performance sales team compensation plans
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal & Communication skills and an ability to partner effectively across the organization from the individual contributor to executive leadership level
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Validating data used in earnings calculations and working closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all commission payments and associated reporting
  • Leading the implementation and maintenance of all incentive plans refreshes within the compensation administration platform (Xactly)
  • Managing compensation plan administration and efficient delivery of compensation plan letters
  • Proactively identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and transparency of the sales compensation program
  • Working closely with the Accounting Team in ensuring timely and accurate accrual data is provided on a monthly basis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
