Requirements
  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or related roles; with a track record of top 25% performance
  • 5+ years managing a quota-carrying team driving annual revenue growth of at least $3M
  • Experience selling to a variety of buyers, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers; and from industries with low tech adoption to industries with high tech adoption
  • Experience hiring at least 5 subordinate reps in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool
Responsibilities
  • Create, test, and scale strategies to activate new partners by aligning their goals with outcomes that drive growth for Rula
  • Expand the company's footprint and ensure success in the mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
  • Build and manage successful outbound sales teams
