Requirements of the Controller position:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting, 3+ years in a management position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• Periodic travel is required to various sites.

Benefits of the Job:

• Pay in the range of: $110,000 - $130,000

Responsibilities of the Controller:

• Compile and analyze monthly financial reporting packages
• Assist in development of annual budget
• Prepare financial analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making and operating goals.
• Maintain financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures
• Provide leadership and support to accounts payable, purchasing and accounts receivable functions.
• Work closely with operations to support their activities and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Prepare tax return workpapers and assist in responding to external tax preparer requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
