Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-growth environment ideally from an enterprise SaaS / corporate marketing background
  • Experience in customer, advocacy and / or loyalty marketing
  • Experience designing and managing community programs
  • Background in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including emails, in-app messages, events and webinars
  • Experience working cross functionally to develop and execute complex marketing campaigns and programs
Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on our Americas customers, their stage in the customer lifecycle and their overall account health status to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Build, execute and optimize campaigns, events and initiatives to drive customer engagement, adoption and success across the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with regional customer success, sales, creative, product, product marketing team and the global customer marketing teams to build and develop innovative campaigns that drive product and content adoption, usage and ultimately conversion or renewal
  • Coordinate with Global Customer Marketing to develop collateral such as marketing kits and case studies. Work with regional Customer Success Managers and Account Executives within Coursera to identify and secure approvals from customers for inclusion in marketing assets
  • Track performance of key metrics, tests, and campaigns to drive constant improvement and report to the leadership team
  • Lead local execution of key global initiatives and special projects as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Background using data to build and optimize marketing campaigns and programs; experience with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus
  • Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with people across the company to gather the necessary information to execute campaigns and programs
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
