Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One to two years of machine operating experience is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds is required.
  • Candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
  • Use the control panel to determine fill volume and machine speed.
  • Run the machine at speeds according to the standards set by each piece of equipment.
  • Use basic hand tools to adjust machine operation.
  • Diagnose machine performance issues.
  • Perform checks for seals and temperature.
  • Communicate with the supervisor and/or Quality Assurance team regarding production or packaging issues.
  • Record necessary documentation.
  • Operate a manual or electric pallet jack.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Comply with company Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
  • During downtime, work in other areas as directed by the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
