Requirements
  • Undergraduate or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant insurance distribution experience
  • Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Expertise in Construction risks managing complex commercial property and casualty accounts
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and prospects
  • Ability to forge relationships and build trust, including willingness and ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback
  • Creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills and proper written and verbal communication skills to influence and motivate others while driving stakeholder alignment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines
  • Works well with others in a fast -paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technology systems and software applications
  • Involvement in construction industry associations a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own and execute on the business development and sales strategy to ensure we build brand trust and customer loyalty to drive new business
  • Partner with our internal Tech Account Executives to drive impactful new business meetings with Procore's 15k+ customers
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team passionate about modernizing the brokerage experience to delight our customers
  • Collaborate with our Technical Brokers who will be responsible for insurance policy marketing to ensure our clients get the best program terms
  • Develop a rapport with the team and clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor in all aspects of the business
  • Meet and exceed production and service KPIs
  • Perform other job duties as assigned and participate in special projects as required
