Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience including 3+ years of team management experience
  • 5+ years of partner or channel development/management and/or experience working in enterprise healthcare technologies
  • Healthcare, digital transformation, consumer omni-channel experience or patient engagement experience is preferred
  • Experience working with Senior Executives and Leaders at major Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations
  • Experience working with a cross functional team to deliver large strategic projects with complex cross-functional work streams
  • Relevant partner management experience with growth KPIs
  • Entrepreneurial experience or building proven net new partner growth lines at a hyper-growth organization is preferred
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
Responsibilities
  • Lead League's overall commercial partnerships with selected strategic platform partners
  • Work with the global growth organization and cross-functionally in League to lead partner development with key strategic partners
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive partner maturity model, including co-sell, resell, OEM and white label partner relationships
  • Align with key external partner stakeholders to develop the near and long-term strategies for growth while managing the overall progress, performance and maturation of the relationship
  • Be accountable for the success of the partnership, including identifying opportunities for growth, expanding the partnership, and negotiating new business terms/contracts as required
  • Manage a team of partner management executives to assess progress, drive key deliverables, and ensure mutual success of the partnership
  • Support the ongoing development and growth of partner management executives
  • Consistently identify opportunities and develop sales strategies that align to platform go-to-market segments by working in conjunction with the Sales Executives and Business Development Representatives of key platform partners
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across League business, product & operations teams
  • Interface with key partners to be a trusted advisor and advocate for platform opportunities
  • Partner with marketing on strategies and opportunities for broad platform brand awareness, partner education, new platform releases, and enhancements and find opportunities to co-promote League through joint blogs, podcasts, webinars, case studies, seminars, etc
  • Solicit product and market feedback from key platform partners. Communicate this feedback to sales leadership, marketing, and product development teams
