Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day mail, supplies and general office administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage day-to-day correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Ensure all office facilities are maintained
  • Manage meetings across the sport and events team; bookings, preparation of decks, minutes and follow ups
  • Assist with the organisation, delivery and management of various sport and event processes from accreditation to travel coordination and uniform supply
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues across the Cycling Events team with ad hoc duties as necessary
