Requirements
  • Hold a Bac+3 degree in commercial development or customer relations and have the desire to develop in the hotel and tourism sector.
  • Have experience through an internship, seasonal job, or work-study placement in hospitality or tourist accommodation, including reception, housekeeping, service, commercial, or marketing activities.
  • Have an interest in commercial monitoring and results analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have good proficiency with office software.
  • Demonstrate strong customer relations and service orientation, organization, autonomy, teamwork, and flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in welcoming customers and ensure their stay runs smoothly.
  • Handle reception operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, billing, and collections.
  • Participate in daily monitoring of activity indicators such as occupancy, reservations, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Participate in monitoring inventory, orders, and supplier services.
  • Ensure compliance with the establishment's procedures and standards.
  • Participate in quality checks of areas and services and contribute to compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures.
