Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience, or a preferred associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Related work experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, quality or regulatory compliance, or other regulated industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applying Food and Drug Administration and/or International Organization for Standardization quality standards in a government-regulated industry.

Responsibilities
  • Support Quality Control collaboration with Quality Management to ensure quality standards are met and inspection reports are updated and completed on time.
  • Inspect products, processes, and systems for compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist with investigating non-conformances, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Document and report quality-control findings, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support Review and Release activities by reviewing manufacturing, inspection, and quality records for completeness, accuracy, and procedural compliance.
  • Inspect and test raw materials and intermediates and record test results.
  • Assist with test-method validation, implementation, and execution.
  • Assist with training employees on quality standards, key performance indicators, and procedures.
  • Assist with implementing new or improved quality-control systems.
  • Maintain working inventory of department components, materials, and solutions.
  • Serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Collaborate with Quality Management to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards during the transition process.
  • Provide database support by generating reports and analyzing process data.
  • Support Quality Management in preparing for and participating in Food and Drug Administration and customer audits.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform other duties as required.

The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $1.662 billion to $1.702 billion whilst raising its adjusted earnings per share guidance to $2.40 to $2.50, up from the previous range of $2.30 to $2.40. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $76.2 million, representing 19.4% of revenue, compared to $63.6 million or 16.6% in the prior year. The company generated $9.8 million in operating cash flow during the quarter, with net debt standing at $1.6 billion.
