Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, analytics, or a related role, ideally in medical devices, biotechnology, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare markets.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, modeling, and advanced formulas.
  • Hands-on experience with customer relationship management platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • The ability to translate technical insights into business action and present findings to leadership.
  • The ability to prioritize, manage multiple stakeholder requests, and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to provide insights on pipeline, sales performance, quota attainment, conversion rates, win/loss, funnel analysis, churn, and revenue mix.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions, including scenario modeling, territory growth, pricing sensitivity, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Help design and run monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting reviews, and pipeline reviews; prepare materials, variance analyses, and insights.
  • Track key sales health metrics and identify trends, outliers, and areas of risk or opportunity.
  • Assist with forecasting by preparing inputs, building models, and supporting consensus building among Commercial, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM data quality, process flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Support sales operations and contracting enablement, including quoting tools, configure-price-quote processes, contract management systems, order-to-cash handoffs, and discounting workflows.
  • Partner with Corporate Information Technology or external vendors to deploy new tools, integrate data sources, and automate recurring tasks.
  • Implement process-improvement efforts with cross-functional teams to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce cycle times, and ensure alignment from lead through order and fulfillment.
  • Provide input on territory design, quota setting, incentive modeling, and sales capacity planning.
  • Support go-to-market launches for new products or markets, including market sizing, adoption modeling, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on competitive intelligence, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Act as liaison between Sales or Account teams and Finance, Operations, and Legal on operational or commercial escalations.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and systems through training, communications, and reinforcement.
  • Monitor compliance with defined commercial policies, sales governance, and discounting rules.
  • Assist in establishing commercial operating rhythms, including weekly pipeline reviews, deal reviews, forecast cadence, and alignment meetings.
  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making across commercial teams.
