Job Description
This role supports marketing efforts globally. We need a proven expert in digital marketing and card issuance. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with multiple teams to consolidate and execute multi-country marketing programs.
Specifics:
· Knowledge of the money transfer and card issuance space to assist in go-to-market planning and execution.
· Be responsible for keeping up with the rapidly evolving technologies and capabilities within the digital and social media marketing worlds.
· Be responsible for marketing plan integration by working with other product and marketing teams globally.
· Help plan the global and country specific marketing strategies in partnership with the product and marketing leaders of the business.
· Assist in managing external marketing agencies to plan, execute and report on all marketing activations globally and tailored by country.
· Recommend changes as required based on ongoing monitoring of performance.
· Manage the analytical framework that measures and tracks our performance including selection of marketing tools.
· Possess the ability to manage projects from inception through execution by being strong leader but fostering teamwork to build and implement

· Solid background and understanding of the importance of omni-channel efforts.
· Proven discipline, drive for results and ability to make commercial decisions.
· Demonstrated ability to manage operational budgets with sound judgment utilizing external resources.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills that spans cultural differences
· Strong executive presence and communication skills.
What will make you stand out:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent preferred.
· 8+ years of marketing experience
· Proven track record of global marketing with the ability to scale to country specific activation
· Research or analytics experience: Highly analytical and research-driven marketers are preferred for this position.
· Experience with multi-tiered marketing implementation, demonstrate knowledge of regional nuances and challenges in the digital marketing space.
· Experience in supporting a large organization during a transformation and/or product launches.
