Creative Producer / Creative Project Manager / Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking Creative Producers, Project managers, and Resource Managers who are capable of defining project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring the seamless flow of creative assets. Candidates should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional organizational support and communication skills. Must be skilled in asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively work with Creative and Design Leadership teams to assign in-house talent to upcoming projects (packaging, creative content, and full-funnel marketing campaign assets).
- Establish resource management processes (such as requests, tracking, and Quarterly/Annual capacity reporting) that are documented and aligned in an easily accessible way.
- Lead bi-weekly resource meeting/s to ensure all projects have been allocated to appropriate teams and are in line with capacity and business priorities.
- Flag resourcing risks to leadership and drive solution-driven responses.
- Effectively Manage resource allocations and workload balancing in designated resource/project management tools such as Asana and Workfront.
- Source freelance talent as needed (creative, studio, and production) for upcoming and active projects working with the Ops team on budget availability and management.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and freelance talent.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience at a top-tier advertising agency, post-production house, film, animation, or creative company.
- A solid understanding of the advertising/marketing creative lifecycle and cross-discipline roles.
- Knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suites, Slack, Asana, Workfront, Figma, Jira, Wrike, etc.
- Plus if you have experience in business affairs for contract management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to customer’s account strategy to proactively identify and meet customers’ needs with creative work
- Identify upgrade, expansion opportunities, and churn risk, and take measures to ensure retention
- Manage multiple concurrently ongoing high-paced creative projects—from strategy to concept to production— collaborating with numerous customers and creatives
- Identify, discuss, and clarify customers’ objectives and needs. Turn them into creative recommendations and concise creative briefs, present output, and discuss feedback
- Scope, budget, plan, coordinate and execute projects
- Motivate the creative team to deliver a 10/10 customer experience on every single project
- Partner with our customers to support them in finding the best way to leverage their creative teams’ capabilities to achieve their business objectives
