Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience at a top-tier advertising agency, post-production house, film, animation, or creative company.
  • A solid understanding of the advertising/marketing creative lifecycle and cross-discipline roles.
  • Knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Suites, Slack, Asana, Workfront, Figma, Jira, Wrike, etc.
  • Plus if you have experience in business affairs for contract management.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively work with Creative and Design Leadership teams to assign in-house talent to upcoming projects (packaging, creative content, and full-funnel marketing campaign assets).
  • Establish resource management processes (such as requests, tracking, and Quarterly/Annual capacity reporting) that are documented and aligned in an easily accessible way.
  • Lead bi-weekly resource meeting/s to ensure all projects have been allocated to appropriate teams and are in line with capacity and business priorities.
  • Flag resourcing risks to leadership and drive solution-driven responses.
  • Effectively Manage resource allocations and workload balancing in designated resource/project management tools such as Asana and Workfront.
  • Source freelance talent as needed (creative, studio, and production) for upcoming and active projects working with the Ops team on budget availability and management.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and freelance talent.
  • Contribute to customer’s account strategy to proactively identify and meet customers’ needs with creative work.
  • Identify upgrade, expansion opportunities, and churn risk, and take measures to ensure retention.
  • Manage multiple concurrently ongoing high-paced creative projects—from strategy to concept to production— collaborating with numerous customers and creatives.
  • Identify, discuss, and clarify customers’ objectives and needs. Turn them into creative recommendations and concise creative briefs, present output, and discuss feedback.
  • Scope, budget, plan, coordinate and execute projects.
  • Motivate the creative team to deliver a 10/10 customer experience on every single project.
  • Partner with our customers to support them in finding the best way to leverage their creative teams' capabilities to achieve their business objectives.
