  • 10+ years of experience working at leading digital teams

  • Gather business requirements, market research, and user needs
  • Lead teams from sketches to final design
  • Manage and mentor designers, support their growth
  • Drive team to create well-crafted products
  • Work with development and QA teams throughout the process
  • Pitch work to clients and partners, facilitate workshops
