Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience; two years of relevant work experience is equivalent to one year of college.
  • An applicable certification as defined by the leader plus two years of additional experience.
  • An associate's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field plus two years of additional experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 or more years of relevant technical, IT analyst, and/or IT engineering experience.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude.
  • Experience working within an Agile practice framework.
  • Knowledge of health insurance.
  • Knowledge of Facets.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Jira.
  • Experience with SQL.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, support, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems, applications, and technical infrastructure related to membership and billing.
  • Engineer, configure, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot software systems, applications, and technical infrastructure.
  • Research, implement, monitor, manage, patch, and troubleshoot systems, software, and technologies.
  • Monitor application performance and anticipate and correct operational issues before they occur.
  • Develop tools and scripts to support and improve software, systems, or technology build and release processes and continuous integration and delivery initiatives.
  • Automate software deployment processes and develop automation tools while ensuring the integrity of builds and artifacts.
  • Create test processes and procedures to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
  • Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and stated business requirements.
  • Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
  • Analyze code to identify causes of errors and revise programs.
  • Review solution performance and continually assess the health of software, systems, and technologies.
  • Track and drive awareness of operational and technical risks.
