Talent Acquisition Specialist 

What you will be doing:

People are our most important asset as we scale ComplyAdvantage. We have a clear goal of fighting the world’s financial crime and Talent Acquisition is at the frontline.  

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be key to our growth across Customer Success, Marketing and Operations. You will partner closely with the business to find outstanding talent as ComplyAdvantage scales across EMEA, APAC and AMERS. You will be obsessed with finding the best talent on the market as well as uplevelling the candidate experience. This role will be a fixed term contract 7 month contract based in our London office. 

What you will be doing:

• Manage the full-cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing
• Advise on interview best practices, refine processes and build diverse talent pools
• Build a strong pipeline and engage talent via innovative ways
• You are a storyteller, who can craft compelling events for each candidate you meet
• You focus on creating a great candidate experience
• Be an ambassador for ComplyAdvantage
• Manage relationships both with candidates and internal business partners to ensure a smooth process and exceptional candidate experience at all times
• You will make sure our ATS is accurate keep hiring teams aware of pipeline updates and market trends 

About you:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with Customer Success or Marketing
• Showcase a proven record of managing candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities, with an agile and versatile approach to your work
• Have the tenacity to balance numerous searches, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet ambitious deadlines swiftly and competently
• A sourcing guru; who can qualify and understand role requirements to find outstanding talent
