- A college or university diploma in procurement, business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management; relevant internships are considered.
- Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate curiosity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy within a structured environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- A proactive and professional approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system such as Oracle or SAP is an asset.
- French and English bilingual proficiency, both oral and written.
- Support the execution of procurement projects for subcategories such as temporary labor, business services, and information technology services.
- Conduct market analyses, price comparisons, and supplier benchmarking.
- Prepare and launch limited-scope requests for information, requests for proposals, and requests for quotations under supervision.
- Perform administrative follow-up on contracts and purchase orders in enterprise resource planning systems.
- Compile data and prepare tracking reports for procurement projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements.
- Maintain the procurement project pipeline in DevOps.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives for procurement processes.
- Knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system such as Oracle or SAP.
