- A diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; equivalent education and experience may be accepted.
- Three years of acute registered nurse experience is required.
- A valid Oklahoma State Registered Nurse license is required.
- Basic Life Support training or retraining must be completed during orientation before providing patient care, and current Basic Life Support certification must be maintained throughout employment.
- Provide advocacy and education.
- Manage clinical care and care coordination.
- Manage data, resources, psychosocial needs, transitions, utilization, quality, performance, and outcomes.
- Coordinate assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for health-related options and services through communication and available resources.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing is preferred.
