Correcteur / Corrector : $30.53 ou/or $36.63 (2024-2025)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Official course description:

Analysis of major debates about the politics of the environment. Focus on environmental political theory, environmental movements, Indigenous ecological knowledge, green political parties and environmental public policies in Canada and abroad, as well as at the international level.

Nature of work:

Marking of papers and exams. The student must meet the deadlines set by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6 of the CUPE collective agreement.

Please note that the teaching method will be delivered in the following format (in person). Some of the work will therefore have to be done on campus. It is possible that the teaching or work method will change due to health measures or other reasons.

Students must be available to travel to the University of Ottawa campus in Ottawa at the request of their supervisor and/or the School.
