Responsibilities
  • Create and follow governance and processes for both Canada and USA
  • Assist with conducting SRED interviews with technical consultants across Canada and USA
  • Work with contracted vendors to produce SRED eligible projects for claiming within each tax year
  • Process, track, submit, and follow up on required government requirements
  • Maintain the monthly schedule for yearly SRED requirements set out by the CRA for Canadian tax credit program(s)
  • Maintain and create new process flows and reports within Microsoft Flows, SharePoint and PowerBI tool sets
  • Review timesheet data, collect applicable data/documentation from Long View Consultants, report on eligibility for the Canadian SR&ED tax credit
  • Perform need analysis, analyze business and technical requirements and provide recommendations for business modifications and solutions to ensure Business Excellence
  • Work with technical teams to turn business requirements into solution designs and implementation plans
  • Develop test plans for automation initiatives
  • Create detailed documentation, governance plans, training material and organizational adoption plans
  • Manage stakeholder relationships throughout projects
