Experience in program management with teams >20 FTE
Experience with government reporting requirements and implementing cost control over complex projects.
Experience with research and development projects

Responsibilities

Provide program management support to various project and program leads.
Develop Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) for initiatives, manage project efforts in support of an Integrated Master Schedule, and generate project plans and concepts of operation.
Develop and present technical presentations and information to various stakeholders, including shipboard installation managers and program sponsors.
Maintain tracking sheets for test equipment, purchase orders, and other assets.
Provide support outside normal duty hours as required, manage travel logistics for contracted employees, and coordinate media destruction and meeting logistics.
Prepare technical presentations and documentation in accordance with Navy policies.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical materials, including web-based documentation and manuals.
Offer graphic design support by creating visual solutions for print and electronic media, including web design, presentation support, and training materials.

Barbaricum is seeking a Project Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Philadelphia Division with the analysis of HM&E machinery and ship control systems for sensor and control data on surface ship classes. Support includes performing analytical and algorithm software; engineering, technical, logistics, and program support for the development, prototyping, implementation and in-service support of Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) data analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide program management support to various project and program leads.
Responsibilities include tracking program spend rates, developing briefs and program documents, participating in technical meetings, and drafting meeting minutes.
Develop Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) for initiatives, manage project efforts in support of an Integrated Master Schedule, and generate project plans and concepts of operation.
Develop and present technical presentations and information to various stakeholders, including shipboard installation managers and program sponsors. Maintain tracking sheets for test equipment, purchase orders, and other assets.
