Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years proven experience in demand generation and growth marketing
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms; Hubspot, Walnut, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Gong
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is a must
- Proficiency in WordPress for blog uploads, website maintenance, etc
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising

Responsibilities
- Optimize Demand Generation Practice: Develop and execute strategies to optimize demand generation practice that drives marketing-sourced new business. Implement tactics to maximize our presence and visibility in the market
- Campaign Development and Management: Create and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, leveraging various tactics such as paid media, paid social, display advertising, SEO, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and email marketing. Ensure campaigns align with our brand and messaging
- Inbound Strategy Optimization: Continuously optimize our inbound strategy, making data-driven decisions to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and the customer journey
- Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Devise and execute comprehensive plans to target, acquire, and nurture qualified customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This includes creating content such as blogs, podcasts, paid media, email campaigns, SEO strategies, and YouTube videos
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in grocery, food retail, or similar industries
- Certification in Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant platforms is a plus
