We are growing and evolving non-stop, and are looking for Rarible Protocol Marketing Lead to join our dynamic and passionate web3 team.

Here is what you will be focusing on:

Work with the core team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase the brand awareness and value Rarible Protocol
Collaborate with business development and developer relations team to facilitate the adoption of Rarible Protocol
Set and manage overall marketing budget
Monitor market trends and user insights and incorporate these in an overall marketing strategy in on ongoing basis

Required skills & experience:

Experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with an L1 blockchain or protocol
Data-driven approach to marketing to developer communities
Strong work ethics and comfortable prioritizing in a fast changing environment
Excellent spoken and written English skills
