Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or a related field with a focus on fintech or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing policy strategies at both state and federal levels in at least one in-house role
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. legislative and regulatory process; experience within or engagement with consumer protection regulators (e.g., CFPB, FTC) preferred

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive public policy strategy at state and federal levels
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and analyze their impacts on the business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government, industry associations, and advocacy groups
  • Lead policy advocacy efforts and represent Flex in public forums and policy discussions
  • Advise senior leadership on public policy matters
