Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products required. Particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to record and analyze data required.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in HR or related role with demonstrated performance in analytics, project work, providing employee support, and learning and development.
  • Ability to build positive, effective relationships throughout the organization.
  • Experience in helping design and support presentations and programs preferred.
  • Must have good people management skills with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support around coordination, planning, and execution of corporate wide organizational development initiatives and events.
  • Help put together data and analytics to aide in solving business issues.
  • Help with the assessment of organizational needs and provides support in the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate continuous learning.
  • Provide support in the administration of the Ryan Specialty Internship Program.
  • Provide support on change management initiatives within the business.
  • Help support the business on talent, development, culture; and helping to identify solutions for issues preventing the business from achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Support the design and facilitation of training related to soft skills leadership, team building, and other relevant topics.
  • Helps support Performance Management, LMS, and Succession Planning modules through Workday.
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of the Ryan Specialty Mentorship Program.
  • Contribute to the administration of Lunch and Learns.
  • Provides support to the new hire orientation processes.
  • May support other business-related initiatives within HR.
