Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Electronic Technician, preferably in a defense, aerospace, or high-reliability environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of RF systems and components.
  • Familiarity with MIL-SPEC/MIL-TYPE standards and practices.
  • IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble, inspect, and repair electronic assemblies to MIL-TYPE and MIL-SPEC standards.
  • Perform RF testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of electronic components and subsystems.
  • Conduct precision soldering and rework of SMT and through-hole components following IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
  • Interpret complex schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other RF/electronic test equipment.
  • Perform continuity checks, voltage and current measurements, and functional testing.
  • Support the development and integration of military-grade electronic systems.
  • Document work performed and follow established processes and quality assurance protocols.

  • Background in manufacturing or maintaining mission-critical systems.
  • Previous work on radar, communication systems, or defense electronics.
