Responsibilities
  • Produce creative and compelling written materials and information that resonate with internal and external audiences (existing and prospective investors)
  • Develop various stockholder communications, including monthly/quarterly portfolio updates, periodic letters, thought leadership, etc.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc talking points and messaging for internal audiences in response to portfolio updates/positioning, press, market/economic news, etc.
  • Coordinate with acquisitions, asset management and public affairs teams on communications for new and existing transactions
  • Draft remarks for senior leaders for conferences, events and other public speaking engagements
  • Serve as a highly detail-focused writer/reviewer of BREIT content with ability to edit for style, substance and grammar
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing and written content and ensure content complies with global marketing regulations and Blackstone’s brand and messaging guidelines
  • Become an expert on BREIT’s structure and investments
  • Support various marketing, sales strategy, client service and business development initiatives
