SALARY: $125,600 - $149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Tech Enablement Manager is to develop and manage technical tools to support the Sales Strategy and Ops team as well as the greater High End Sales organization. These tools will focus on delivering quick insights to drive decision-making, identify gaps in technical capabilities in reporting/analysis, and deliver solutions to close those gaps. Technical solutions include, but are not limited to, PowerBI Dashboard development and maintenance and ad hoc analysis in excel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Performance and Strategic Support:
Lead projects and own technical solutions for the team by developing PowerBI dashboards and advanced Excel models to provide clear and concise views on sales performance and initiatives.
Analyze data leveraging volume, market share, and distribution data utilizing VIP, Circana, and BIR data and developing new methods of analysis. Contribute to the creation of new analytical approaches under guidance from senior team members.
Provide ad-hoc support to the retail and strategy teams to support short-term analysis as well as long-term tracking for sales initiatives/programs.
Presentation & Communication Development: Own slide development for routine meetings and performance reviews that provide clear and concise takeaways as well as strategic actions to close gaps from robust data analysis.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and conduct training sessions for High End team members on performance monitoring tools, equipping them to utilize tools and provide feedback on gaps in product utilization. Own full scope of training and adoption.
Secondary support: Daily tasks require agility and multi-tasking. This role may also support other technical analysis across our team including, but not limited to, target tracking and PBI dashboard management/development.
Culture of Data-Driven Decision Making: Promote accountability for key metrics by fostering a culture that prioritizes data-driven insights, consistent reporting, and strategic decision-making.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining PowerBI Dashboards.
4-6 years of experience analyzing sales data, visualizing findings, and identifying trends.
Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint. Experience with 3rd party data providers – VIP, Circana, BIR, etc. – preferred.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively deliver insights & analysis.
Experience in the CPG industry preferred.
Must be willing to work in office 5 days a week.
