Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in University or Campus Recruitment space, University Relations, Program Management, Talent Acquisition, or related area.
  • At least one year of experience as a people manager.
Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to build long-term, impactful relationships with universities, strengthening TikTok's presence and positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Provide strong leadership to the team through effective coaching, career development, and recognition.
  • Oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects, including information sessions, career fairs, on-campus events, and asset management.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the success of recruitment programs and initiatives, providing key insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to build and expand the top-of-funnel talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of diverse, high-potential students into TikTok’s recruiting process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing updates on project status, opportunities, and challenges.
