Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a technological vision aligned with the company's growth goals, focusing on marketing and sales.
  • Identify, recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent. Build a high-performing Marketing and Sales Tech team to support growth initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of key platforms, particularly Microsoft products, Salesforce, and cloud solutions (Azure/AWS). Oversee the integration of CRM systems, CMS, data analytics platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Utilize data analytics to ensure marketing and sales teams have actionable insights and tools to maximize ROI.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, particularly marketing and sales, to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions that drive business results.
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors and platform providers to ensure optimal value and performance.
  • Ensure technology implementations adhere to industry best practices, maintaining data security and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and data projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications in Azure/AWS, Salesforce, or other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the financial services and asset management industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO and content management systems.
  • Experience with Client Reporting Suite Platforms, such as Vermilion, is a plus.
