Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least two years of experience working in a service-oriented role is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, is required.
  • Knowledge of Blackbaud customer relationship management software is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written command of the English language is required.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and respond quickly and accurately while maintaining professional conduct and courtesy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
  • Fulfill data requests for mailing lists, donor rolls, demographic analyses, and giving analyses using relevant tools.
  • Perform quality checks on data requests produced from end-user requests.
  • Assist with software user acceptance testing during business system upgrades, implementations, and migrations to new systems.
  • Test and validate deliverables such as reports, lists, application upgrades, and system upgrades to ensure timely and accurate results.
  • Gather and document business requirements and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in designing, creating, and maintaining application- and business-process-related documentation.
  • Adhere to University and unit-level policies, procedures, and safeguards for University assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Blackbaud's customer relationship management software.
