Additional Job Description
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (Include physical and mental demands of the position-attach demands checklist if necessary).
- This position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
- LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS (If applicable to position):
- SC Registered Pharmacist License (or eligible for SC Pharmacist License)
- Basic Life Support certification: Must be BLS Certified within three months of hire date and maintain certification throughout employment.
