Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through Chat, Phone and/or email inquiries, guiding them through the sales process using the ZenBusiness Sales Methodology. Be a trusted advisor and a problem solver.
  • Provide customers and prospects with comprehensive information about ZenBusiness products and services. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain an engaged pipeline with prospective customers by setting future check-in appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with potential clients. Strive to establish a "WOW Experience" with each interaction, leaving customers satisfied.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information within Salesforce during and after each customer contact. Ensure that all customer records are up-to-date and complete.
  • Stay updated on ZenBusiness products and services, as well as industry trends. Take the initiative to expand your industry knowledge continuously.
