Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, measurement and optimization of activations against delivery of CARR layer targets
  • Lead 'Clearinghouse Process' prioritization for Creative Cloud Install Base
  • Maintain and execute against a learning agenda for customer insights
  • Work with cross-functional partners to build out 360 marketing plans and oversee execution, specifically performance media buying
  • Drive continuous improvement across KPIs including CTR, app launches
  • Develop reporting framework and collaborate with analytics to provide ongoing, regular cadence for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
  • Effectively partner across the organization: PMM, Growth, Go-to-Market and Product
