H2 Health provides outpatient rehabilitation services for adults and children across the United States. Its offerings include physical, occupational, and speech therapy, plus specialized treatments such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), sports medicine, aquatic therapy, pelvic health, and senior care. The company operates on a fee-for-service model, billing patients directly and often partnering with healthcare providers and insurers, with direct access so patients can seek care without a referral. Growth comes from opening new clinics and acquiring other physical therapy practices, expanding to over 300 clinics in 13 states as of 2026. It also runs MileStone Staffing Services to supply per-diem, travel, and contract clinicians, and runs an education program called H2U to support clinician development. The stated goal is to become paperless by 2025.
