- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is required, preferably with memory support.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Participate in social and recreational activities with residents.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- CPR certification.
- Experience working as a medication technician.
- One year of experience working in a healthcare setting in senior living.
- Computer skills.
