Requirements
  • A master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.
  • An active Florida intern license, or progress toward obtaining one, is required.
  • The role requires the ability to provide outpatient mental health care, including psychological assessments, diagnosis, psychotherapy, counseling, and therapeutic interventions.
  • The role requires documentation of rendered services in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
  • Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through continuing education and professional development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Work experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
