  • Solid track record of implementing large-scale, complex B2C email/sms/push campaigns
  • Experience with Top Tier ESP's, i.e. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Maintain and execute on fully responsive email templates via best in class HTML/CSS/AMPScript for various lifecycle marketing and transactional messages
  • Integrate dynamic and personalized content elements leveraging data from our messaging automation platform and other data sources
  • Perform day-to-day production activities including, email/sms/push campaign development, testing, tagging, scheduling, deployment and monitoring of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic email campaigns
  • Coordinate with CRM managers and design resources to procure creative assets
  • Manage review cycles with stakeholders and subject-matter experts
  • Perform thorough quality assurance on every email/sms/push to ensure that messages are rendering error free and that dynamic content is populating as expected
  • Partner with product team and personalization product manager to manage the set-up, optimization and QA of triggered series in Braze
