About the Role

As Uber continues to expand its services and technologies around the world, the Uber Health team is looking for an analytical, organized team player to grow our partnerships to further the growth and expansion of Uber Health. The Partnership Coordinator will work to engage prospects across customers to drive demand for Uber Health’s offering. As the Partnership Coordinator, you will support new and in-flight partnership efforts across health plans and related new verticals. You will play an integral role within a cross-functional business unit, executing against the vision and strategy for Uber Health. You will work externally to engage new-new partners and work with a portfolio of engaged partners.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads with healthcare organizations
- Develop and present solutions in a compelling, solution-based manner, addressing the specific needs and requirements of customers
- Lead customer engagements, including presentations, product demonstrations and standing meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional support to enable solution development for Uber Health’s partners
- Enabling the pursuit of scaled partnership growth through support of key accounts

Partner with Uber Health’s operations, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful service implementation and client satisfaction after deals are closed.

Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping to educate on the mobility and delivery landscape - and inspiring them on the value of Uber Health’s approach
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tech-enabled healthcare sales, client services or management consulting experience with a focus on building partnerships across provider or payor organizations
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of strategic healthcare experience. Strategic sales or consulting preferred
- Expert listening and discovery skills - and ability to map product value to customer needs
- Strong project management skills with ability to help employers spot risks with their buying process
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and creating champions across teams
- High attention to detail, process-oriented and focused

- Exemplary presentation skills-- written and verbal.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year.
