Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Hotels BU team to develop a deep understanding of business levers and find opportunities to drive value into the organization.
  • Distill complex financial data into impactful insights; build financial models, analyze latest trends and initiatives, and perform ad-hoc modeling as required.
  • Partner across multiple teams for the Hotels BU forecasts, including identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities.
  • Support MBRs, QBRs, Board of Directors presentations, and IR/earning preparation.
  • Drive process improvement through effective business partnering across the organization.
  • In-depth analysis and benchmarking of our portfolio of brands, the products we sell, and the marketing channels customers engage in as well as the external competitive landscape.

Expedia Group Lays Off Employees In Latest Workforce Cut

Posts on LinkedIn by affected employees show the layoffs impacting engineering and other departments. Skift, which first reported the cuts, said the layoffs impacted about 3% of Expedia’s workforce. Expedia had 16,500 employees across nearly 50 countries, as of Dec. 31, according to Expedia’s annual 10-K filing
