Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights on platform usage, identify challenges, and help shape improvements focused on user experience and functional value.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, working with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers.
  • Contribute to feature design discussions, ensuring integration feasibility and alignment with user and business goals.
  • Support the development process by refining requirements, clarifying goals, and helping teams build with confidence.
  • Help prioritise enhancements and fixes based on user impact, team feedback, and company objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops to map user journeys, explore ideas, and gather actionable feedback.

  • A qualification such as BCS or IIBA is helpful but not required.
