Requirements
  • Approximately 3 years of marketing operations experience at a business-to-business software-as-a-service company.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage many concurrent programs, including conferences, webinars, and campaigns, with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Vector, Sequel, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Clay.
  • Willingness to grow from execution-focused work into more strategic ownership over time.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end operations for conferences and webinars, including building attendee and target lists, setting up pre-event and post-event workflows, and feeding leads into the appropriate outputs.
  • Build and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot from setup through quality assurance, ensuring each program launches cleanly and tracks correctly.
  • Support the sales development representative team's outreach motion by building and refining lists, managing sequences and cadences in Nooks, and keeping outreach data clean and synchronized with HubSpot.
  • Partner with sales and sales development representative teams to keep marketing and sales tools, including HubSpot and Nooks, aligned and data flowing smoothly between systems.
  • Rebuild the global attribution model by incorporating new marketing channels, integrating sales touchpoints, and automating lifecycle stage progression.
  • Redesign nurture automation, including how leads enter, move through, and exit programs.
  • Build and maintain marketing reporting that provides a clear and reliable view of pipeline and program performance.
  • Support go-to-market pipeline forecasting in partnership with the Head of Marketing by translating top-of-funnel activity into predictable pipeline outcomes.

Its system automatically audits claims so auditors can work about 20 times faster, and at a fraction of the cost of human auditors. It integrates with existing workflows, augmenting current tools rather than replacing them, and offers services in revenue integrity, risk adjustment, denial prevention, and audit compliance. The goal is to help providers capture every revenue and quality opportunity, reduce denials, and boost financial outcomes.
