Responsibilities
  • Establish strategy and OKRs for all growth marketing programs and monitor investments to deliver improved ROI performance
  • Manage portfolio of marketing programs, including digital (search, social, web, video), direct mail, affiliate, database and email marketing, to reach ambitious revenue targets
  • Be a thought partner' to the CMO around innovation and new ways of engaging customers and scaling the business
  • Manage CAC and volume targets; Own key reports around CAC, LTV, conversion rates, cross-sell, usage and program performance; Keep key stakeholders updated with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Own the marketing website, including experience, pathing, SEO and conversion optimization to drive growth and engagement
  • Own the marketing technology stack and related operations, including demand generation marketing automation, database management, to ensure best-in-class operation
  • Own growth insights in partnership with Business Analytics. Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods along with rigorous A/B testing to understand of growth drivers; Build a smart attribution and marketing mix model to understand efficacy and efficiency
  • Drive performance through results-driven and tried and tested as well as experimental approaches; monitor and analyze performance against marketing goals and over past performance
  • Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth, additional investment in time and money in line with strategic direction
