  • Determine your talent needs and maintain the marketing department.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to develop and retain employees under your purview.
  • Play a key role in determining which technologies, services, toolkits, and methodologies should be employed to optimally achieve marketing objectives.
  • Provide leadership and vision for development and implementation of marketing and overall brand improvements.
  • Set and drive cross-functional objectives and priorities and form a vision for the future of the enterprise.
