Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with game development teams, deeply understanding their technical challenges, project goals, and workflows
  • Guide clients through the technical implementation of the Pragma Platform, providing hands-on support, code examples, and best practices
  • Extend the functionality of the Pragma Platform by architecting and developing bespoke backend systems and, where necessary, frontend components specifically for the game client (e.g., UI, gameplay logic) to meet specific client needs
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively offer solutions to optimize client's use of the Pragma Platform and their overall game development process
  • Deliver customized training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionalities of the Pragma Platform and any custom solutions developed
  • Advocate for client needs within Pragma by gathering and sharing feedback, contributing to the product roadmap, and driving continuous improvement
  • Document best practices, create technical resources, and contribute to internal knowledge bases to empower both clients and colleagues
