Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity (client services, account management, sales/business development)
  • Knowledge of the Alternative Investments industry
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, but not required. Other designations such as CFA, CAIA a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Management:
  • Assist in day-to-day management of select existing GP client relationships
  • Responsible for but not limited to responding to ad hoc requests, assisting with platform demos and trainings, tracking meeting requests and follow-up deliverables, etc
  • Educate existing clients on new firmwide developments relevant for their business (e.g., platform enhancements, new features and offerings, corporate developments, etc.)
  • Cultivate a list of prospective clients and assist relationship managers with pitching new business, including the preparation of RFPs.); Over time, develop and manage 3-4 key relationships
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and other strategic initiatives
  • Develop presentation materials and analysis for client meetings and projects
