Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
• Active Texas dental license in good standing
• Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
• 3-5 plus years clinical experience preferred

Our office is located in a medical building attached to the local hospital, ensuring a steady flow of new patients. We pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive, high-quality care in a collaborative environment

Team & Facility

• Lead Dentist: Dr. Phil Koury (20+ years experience)
• Well‑established practice with excellent patient retention and steady new‑patient flow to support an additional dentist
• Experienced, fully staffed team with capacity to scale support
• 8 ops: Associate Dentist uses 2 ops, supported by 1.5–2 RDHs/day and 1–2 DAs/day
