Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards or related areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, and experience with Power BI, supported by a strong analytical and quantitative background
  • Experience using HRIS and compensation systems (preferably Workday)
  • AI literacy
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, laws, and regulations
  • Experience with Canada Rewards and U.S. benefits is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
  • Excellent communicator and highly organized multi‑tasker with strong attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities effectively in fast‑paced environments, exercise sound judgment and professionalism, handle confidential information with discretion, and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to People Leader Partners and managers on compensation matters, including job evaluations, salary positioning, and policy interpretation
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offers and pay decisions, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and business needs
  • Analyze compensation data and market trends to deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making, and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, policies, and frameworks
  • Help execute the annual compensation review cycle (merit, promotions, adjustments), including planning, data validation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to implement and optimize rewards tools, systems, and processes, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, supporting audits and maintaining high data integrity
